Tampa Shopping Center Trades for $10M

Miami-based CF Properties Corp. has sold Holiday Centre, a 67,147-square-foot Publix-anchored shopping center in Holiday, Fla., in a 1031 exchange. A private individual paid $9.7 million for the retail asset that was fully leased at the time of sale. GLT Group Brokerage represented the seller and procured the buyer in the off-market transaction.

Tampa rental complex commands $46,645 per unit

A Miami Beach-based brokerage arranged the sale of a 319-unit apartment complex in Tampa for $46,645 per unit. GLT Group Brokerage represented the out-of-state seller and procured the buyer of the rental property, called Jasmine Terrace Apartments, which sold for $14.88 million.

EverBank Center sold for $47.4 million

A Miami-based developer has bought the EverBank Center in Downtown Jacksonville for $47.4 million, according to records filed with Duval County. Amkin West Bay LLC bought the Bay Street building and a nearby garage on West Forsyth Street from El-Ad Florida LLC. The deal was brokered by Sean Shahar Ziv of the GLT Group LLC, also based in Miami.

Walgreens Sells for Record $27.9M

Virginia-based Harbor Group Management acquired the 16,016-square-foot Walgreens at 3025 S. Las Vegas Blvd. in Las Vegas, NV for approximately $27.86 million, or about $1,700 per square foot.

Marcus & Millichap Sells 2,253 Units

Florida & Texas—Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has arranged the sale of a nine-property, 2,253-unit portfolio located in various parts of Florida and Texas. The sales price was $70.9 million.

Multifamily Near Florida Gulf Coast University Sells

FORT MYERS, Fla. — A private investor from Tampa has purchased The Brittany Apartments, a 320-unit multifamily tax credit property near Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, for $10.35 million.$27.86 million, or about $1,700 per square foot.
