Miami-based GLT Group Brokerage arranged the off-market all-cash transaction for TownePlace Suites Tampa North/I-75 Fletcher. TownePlace Suites is a Marriott brand.

The multifamily property located at 125 Carol Susan Ln in Fort Pierce was sold for $12,500,000. The property consists of 53 units with a price per unit of $235,849. It spans 70,755 square feet, equating to a price per square foot of $177.

The 47 townhomes including 30 development pads were sold in an off market deal for $7M. Sean Shahar A. Ziv of GLT Group Brokerage represented the seller, a Canadian development company and procured the buyer, New York based Axonic Properties.
