The hotel, located at 6800 Woodstork Drive, is near the University of South Florida and is directly across the street from Lettuce Lake Park. Miami-based GLT Group Brokerage arranged the off-market all-cash transaction for TownePlace Suites Tampa North/I-75 Fletcher. TownePlace Suites is a Marriott brand.

The multifamily property located at 125 Carol Susan Ln in Fort Pierce was sold for $12,500,000. The property consists of 53 units with a price per unit of $235,849. It spans 70,755 square feet, equating to a price per square foot of $177.

company and procured the buyer, New York based Axonic Properties.

ESG Kullen paid $22 million for the 154-unit Harborside Suites. GLT’s Sean Shahar A. Ziv represented the seller, California-based Carter Hospitality Group, in the off-market transaction.

Gombinski Properties sold the property at 900-904 Lincoln Road in Miami Beach to Alto Real Estate, which offers several funds to investors, according to deal broker Ran Ziv.
